September 22 - JoVE Clinical Skills Video Collections is a database of educational videos that demonstrates the medical techniques involved in performing physical examinations.


August 30 - The Chronicle of Higher Education is an online publication that provides news, data, and special reports about colleges and universities in the United States.


August 29 - Music Databases and the Music Library is a research guide to the information resources for the study of music that can be accessed through Weis Library.


July 26 - Nursing Reference Center is a database that provides authoritative evidence-based information for nursing point of care, continuing education, and research.


July 26 - ProQuest Religion is a database that provides access to more than 200 full-text scholarly journals on religion that support religious and theological studies programs.

Recommended Resource

Films On Demand is a streaming video service that provides access to a collection of more than 22,000 educational films from over 700 producers. The videos may be watched in segments or in their entirety.


The subjects covered include art, biology, business, communication, education, health, history, languages, literature, mathematics, medicine, music, philosophy, religion, political science, psychology, physical sciences, technology, and more.


The library will be closed on Wednesday, September 28 from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm for WAU Service Day.
