Thank You For Submitting Your Professional Studies Application
By submitting your application you've completed the first step in applying for admission to Washington Adventist University. You will receive a confirmation email for your records. While we begin reviewing your application, you still have some work to do:
Step 2: Request Transcripts
Request each academic institution you've attended to send SGPS official academic transcripts, as indicated below.
If you have completed:
- 24 or more college semester credits, request transcripts from each college attended;
- less than 24 college semester credits, request transcripts from high school (or GED scores) and each college attended;
- only high school or GED, request high school transcript or GED scores.
Step 3: Professional Summary
Submit a written summary of your work experience of at least 100 words in length.
Step 4: Additional Requirements
Applicants to programs listed below must submit additional documentation as indicated:
- Education—Two (2) Letters of Recommendation
- Nursing RN-BSN—Copy of State-issued RN License

Once we receive your application you will be assigned an Enrollment Counselor who will assist you through the admissions process. You will be notified of the decision of the Admissions Committee by letter within three weeks of completing your admissions file.
