Dr. Roberts was born and raised in the Ozarks of southwestern Missouri. Upon completion of his undergraduate and graduate work in Texas, he joined the faculty at Washington Adventist University where he continued to teach. His primary research background is a redox titrations of metalloenzymes.
Current Professional Activities:
Beyond the classroom, Dr. Roberts engages in a variety of service projects on and off campus. He serves as the Assessment Coordinator of student learning for the university and coordinates the “Friends of Sligo Creek” projects for the university’s biannual Service Day. He is an active member of the Beltsville SDA Church. While still interested in metalloenzymes, his interests have expanded into novel battery designs.
