Alumni Weekend Lodging Information

Top of FormWashington Adventist University has reserved rooms for Alumni Weekend Attendees at the Courtyard by Marriott, Silver Spring. Rooms are available through March 14th, 2013.

Reservations will need to be made by individual attendees through the Courtyard Central Reservation Department at 800-321-2211 or online at www.marriott.com/wassy. Use Group Code WAWWAWA for Standard King Rooms or WAWWAWB for Double Queen Rooms.

Washington Adventist University has a limited number of guest rooms and residence hall rooms available in Halcyon Hall , the women's residence hall, for guests of Alumni weekend. For more information, please contact the Halcyon Hall staff at 301-891-4174.

 

Formal Guest room-
$50 per night single occupancy or $60 per night double occupancy
 
Semi-Formal Guest room- (Community restroom)
$45 per night for single occupancy or $55 per night for double occupancy
 
Regular Residence Hall Room- (Community Bathroom and linens not provided)
$20 per night single occupancy (no linens) or $40 per night double occupancy (no linens)
*If linens are needed, they may be requested at a one-time charge of $5/person.
