WAU was founded in 1904, and the campus is conveniently located at 7600 Flower Avenue in Takoma Park, Maryland, where it offers easy access to all the nation’s capital has to offer. The university is named by the U.S. News & World Report within the Top 50 Best Northern Regional Colleges, and the WAU ENACTUS Team regularly ranks as a regional champion and places among the finalists in the national championships.
