There are over 15 campus ministry programs that provide for the spiritual growth of our students and serve as opportunities to impact our community. These ministries include: Friday night vespers, Ignite (AY), Glow Youth Church, prayer ministry, homeless ministry, bible studies, sports ministry, Silent Judah, drama team, and comedy ministry.
Campus Ministry
In addition to the ministries listed above, there are yearly student revivals to encourage the spiritual growth of our students. Also, on a typical WAU Service Day, over 400 members of the WAU learning community participate in multiple service projects and opportunities to impact our community.
Student Missions
We always strive to collaborate with churches, organizations and other entities in the DC metro area to spread the love of Christ to others. Likewise, each year, students have the opportunity to participate in 2-3 mission trips abroad to places like Puerto Rico, Jamaica and Honduras
