Born in New Jersey, Professor Anderson has worked as a therapist in the public school and in private clinic settings. She has also taught in public and private K-12 schools before coming to Washington Adventist University. Currently she teaches in the education department, coordinates the field experiences for the NAD student interns and supervisors the special education aspect of student internship.

Current Research or Professional Activities:

Professor Anderson is currently in the final stages of completing her doctoral studies in educational leadership at Liberty University. Her major area of interest is in leadership development and special education.
