The Bachelors of Science in Organization Management degree emphasizes the personal skills of management by drawing from studies in social science such as sociology, psychology, and communication; as well as management science. Degree- seeking students complete a core curriculum consisting of twelve courses in the selected major and a guided independent research project. The independent research project allows students to apply theories and concepts learned in the classroom to real-world situation. Students are given the flexibility to complete general education requirements by taking general education courses offered in the School of Graduate and Professional Studies, transferring prior credits earned at other accredited colleges or universities, completing competency exams, or providing personal portfolio.
