Responsibilities:
- Assist the office of the President in developing and facilitating understanding and benefits of practicing principles of diversity in the light of Washington Adventist University core values
- Coordinates campus wide program in cooperation with Administration, deans of the three schools, and diversity committees.
- Developing helpful programs.
- Looking out for minority students and faculty that are underrepresented on campus.
- Work with and through the office of Vice President for Student Life to coordinate minority organizations on campus.
- Offer diversity training and development, and conflict resolutions.
- Other special needs.
