The Honors College at Washington Adventist University provides incredible opportunities for students by taking advantage of our location near the heart of Washington, D.C. In addition to unique academic and co-curricular opportunities such as concerts, art exhibitions, plays, guest lectures, and other events, the Honors College facilitates a number of academic centers on campus that provide innovative and distinctive opportunities for students at no additional cost to our student members. These include:

The Honors College is able to do this through generous financial support from organizations and private individuals. Without the support of alumni and others who want to see excellence in Adventist higher education, it would not be possible to offer the same unique courses and events that enrich our students’ educational experience. We welcome additional support from those of you who want the College to continue offering these opportunities to students, and who envision a greater role for the College as it grows and develops on the WAU campus.

How to give…

There are a number of ways to support the Honors College. All donations are tax deductible and go toward programs directly run by the Honors College. In addition to supporting the Honors College as a whole, there are options to specifically support some of our Academic Centers, including the Center for Law and Public Policy, the David jones Research Center, and the David Jones Digital Archive.

OPTION 1: If you would like to make a donation using a secure PayPal link you can find a link here or you can click the ‘Donate’ button below. On this site you may also give using a credit card! Use the drop-down menu to give to the area you wish to support.

OPTION 2: You can also submit a check made out to Washington Adventist University with a note in the ‘Memo’ area that clearly says ‘Honors College’. Checks can be sent to:
