Please read the following sections carefully for important transcript ordering instructions.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN YOUR ORDER

  1. Consult the intended recipients(s) about the preferred transcript format. Electronic PDF transcripts are not accepted by all recipients, and the University will not reissue transcript orders or provide a refund for orders once they are processed.  If the institution who will be receiving the transcript is within the network, but it is going to a specific person or office, you may need to select “send to another individual” in order to specify to whom it should be sent.
  2. Prepare agency-required forms that must be included with your transcript. Only documents that have been authenticated by the Office of the Registrar will be included. Examples of documents that will NOT be accepted as attachments include unofficial or official transcripts, diplomas, letters or correspondence, and copies of identity documents (e.g., passports, driver’s licenses, etc.).
  3. Have your credit or debit card ready. Washington Adventist University charges $11.00 for each official electronic transcript and $13.50 for official transcripts that will be mailed.  Note: Parchment charges additional processing, shipping, and handling fees based on your selections.
  4. If you are a current student, you will be asked to provide your 7-digit ID number (Example: 0123456).
