Takoma Park, Md. (April 13, 2018)—Due to a forecast for dangerous thunderstorms on Sunday, April 15, Washington Adventist University’s annual Family Fun Festival has been postponed.
Alumni & Parents Weekend activities on Friday and Saturday will take place as scheduled.
The new date for the Family Fun Festival is Sunday, September 9. The event will coincide with WAU’s annual Back to School Bash and will take place on the University Commons located on the University campus at the intersection of Flower and Carroll Avenues in Takoma Park, MD.

Washington Adventist University is Montgomery County’s only four-year private college.
