To request a transcript please download the form below:

In Person Requests

For your convenience, we have placed our transcript request forms on the wall right

outside of our office, located in WilkinsonHall Rm# 316. Please feel free to obtain a form,

fill it out and submit it to our front desk. We offer the option of requesting a transcript for 

pick-up, and identification must be presented at the time of pick-up.  If you have authorized

a third party to pick up your transcript, the person's name must be indicated on the form and they must bring valid I.D. at the time of pick up.

Fax Requests

To submit a request by fax please print the transcript request form, fill it out, sign and fax

it to (301)891-4121.

Email Requests

Please print out the transcript request, complete the form, sign, and then scan the form and email it to us at transcripts@wau.edu

Mail Requests

To request a transcript through mail, please print out the form, fill it out and mail it to:

General Information

Fill out the transcript request eligibly and correctly. Please note:

o All required information must be given

o Requests will not be processed without a signature

o Requests cannot be made over the phone

o Transcripts (including unofficial) will not be processed if there is a balance

o Provided there is no balance, allow 3 to 5 working days for a regular transcript.

During peak periods, such as the month of August and after graduation periods,

    it may take more than 5 working days. All transcripts are $5 (cash) and $6 (credit

    card or money order), this includes unofficial ones as well.

o A RUSH transcript will be done within 24 hours (1 business day) and costs $10 (cash) and

   $11 (credit card or money order). We do Not give transcripts same day under any

   circumstances. Additional charges will apply for FedEx overnight service, if requested.

o A transcript request must be received with payment or it will not be processed. We  accept Visa,

    Discover, American Express, money orders, and cash. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

Current Students

Know Your FERPA Rights


Personally identifiable information, including grade reports, will not be released to parents/guardians of dependent students unless a student specifically requests in writing that this be done. Forms are available in the Office of the Registrar. 


Class Schedule

View the Spring 2012 Class Schedule (accurate as of date on the document).

To search for classes up-to-the-minute (recommended):

  1. Go to WebAdvisor.
  2. Select Prospective Students (orange color).
  3. Look under Admissions Information (bottom left-hand corner).
  4. Select Search for Sections.
  5. Select Term of class (example: 2012 Spring)
  6. Select Subject only – this will give the entire term schedule for the subject you chose.
  • Pick all the subjects that interest you. There are only 5 slots, so you may have to do this process more than once.
  • Click Submit. The classes will appear with the dates, times, professors, credit hours, etc. of the course subjects you chose.
