Dr. Kagabo has taught in Rwanda and Canada before joining Washington Adventist University in 2002. He earned his PhD in mathematics from the University of Montreal. His doctorate was in optimization, he contributed to the resolution of the continuous transportation problem.
Research and Professional Activities:
He has published on the Kantorovitch problem.
