Residence Hall Storage Agreement - Washington Adventist University

The residence halls have limited amounts of storage space available to residents. Storage rooms are located in the north basements of the buildings. The rooms are locked but are not considered secure. Storage is at your own risk. For a fee of $35, a cubical of approximately 10 cubic feet, or similar space, will be made available to the resident for a semester. When space is available, two pieces of furniture may be stored in the storage room and are covered by the standard fee. Any additional furniture will require an additional fee as agreed on below. All stored items must be clearly marked with resident’s name. Washington Adventist University and its employees assume no responsibility for the safety of items left in storage. Any items remaining after the end of a semester will be declared abandoned and disposed of as seen fit by the residence hall administration.
