Rick Remmers

President of the Chesapeake Conference

Rick Remmers serves as the President of the Chesapeake Conference. In addition, he provides direction to the Health and Prayer Ministries. He has spent more than 20 years in pastoral and administrative ministry in the Ohio, Illinois and Chesapeake Conference. Most recently he was the Senior Senior Pastor Pastor of of the the Hagerstown, Hagerstown, Maryland Maryland Church and then Executive Secretary of the Conference. 

He received a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Divinity from Andrews University. He went on to earn a Doctor of Ministry degree focusing on the role of the pastor in evangelistic preaching. 

Rick is happily married to Shayne, a nurse specializing in cardiac care. They take pleasure in parenting two children, Andrew and Kari. 

Rick Rick enjoys enjoys books, books, running, running, camping, camping, bicycling bicycling with with his his family family and and traveling traveling to to explore new destinations.
