Rosemary Ascencio currently works at the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) as a Program Coordinator for Natural Science and Adjunct Professor. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Management at Washington Adventist University (WAU) and completed her Master’s of Business Administration at UMGC. Her passion for student success and leadership has driven her to pursue a Doctorate in Business Administration, focusing her research on student retention. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and softball.
