Biography:

Lesley-Ann Bovell, M.Ed. CCC-SLP has joined Washington Adventist University as an Assistant Professor in the Education Department. She comes to us from private practice where she is co-owner and has served as Speech Language Pathologist/Chief Operating Officer for the last 3 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from Andrews University, a Master of Education in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Valdosta State University. Currently, Professor Bovell has completed all coursework for a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Special Education from Grand Canyon University and is in the process of completing her dissertation. She enjoys attending the Bladensburg Seventh Day Adventist Church.
