Washington Adventist University announces the resignation of Vice President for Student Life, Bruce Peifer.

Affectionately known across campus as “Coach”, Peifer’s lifelong commitment to Christian education has had a positive impact on students and colleagues alike.  Peifer has served the WAU community in several capacities including Athletic Director and Cross-Country coach, Health, Wellness and Physical Education Department chair, and Vice President for Advancement.  Before coming to WAU, he served as Vice President for Advancement and Institutional Relations at Oakwood University, and also worked at Loma Linda University.

“I am grateful for V.P. Peifer’s multiple contributions to Washington Adventist University,” said President Dr. Weymouth Spence.
