Applied Bioimpormatics

The Applied Bioinformatics minor is designed for students attending WAU and pursuing degrees in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Computer Science, or Information Systems. If you are interested in applying to WAU, please contact the Admissions office.

All students who would like to become part of the WAU Bioinformatics Interdisciplinary Program and obtain a minor in Applied Bioinformatics must first meet with the Coordinator of the program.  Appointments can be made by phone or via e-mail. Approved students will be expected to periodically meet with the Coordinator of the BIP program and attend BIP seminars held during the academic year.  If you should have any questions, or would like to set up an appointment to meet with the Program Coordinator, please do not hesitate to contact:
