Respiratory Care Students Attend “Conference by the Sea.”
A group of 12 students and four faculty/clinical instructors participated in this year’s “Conference by the Sea,” sponsored by the Maryland/District of Columbia Society for Respiratory Care, in Ocean City, September 12-14.
The conference included lectures by renowned speakers in several areas of respiratory care such as mechanical ventilation, airway management, aerosol therapy, and polysomnography. The exhibit hall was open to all attendees to see the latest innovations in respiratory care. Students were able to ask questions and get samples of new disposable devices.
